Lower back ache in first trimester

I'm 11+5 and all this evening I've had lower back ache, kind of like when it's the time of the month.
Anxiety is sky high this week anyway as I have my 12 week scan on Thursday and I've convinced myself something is gonna be wrong 😫

Should I be worried?

its completely normal for early pregnancy, as is cramps and symptoms coming and going. Doesn’t sound like anything to be worried about

I had lower back pain from 7/8 weeks all the way through to 13 weeks! So much so where I could barely walk some days.
My midwife said as long as it’s not accompanied with bleeding and cramps then try not to worry. Everything is growing and pressing on different nerves. I’m now 17 weeks 😊

Thank you

@MrsJ6921 that's good to know, this is my second and I think I'm more anxious this time around!

I had lower back pain and I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy. My friend also had lower back pain and she had a perfect pregnancy.

I think it's just a pregnancy symptom, and doesn't indicate the viability of the pregnancy - does that make sense? Heard it's from your body stretching internally to prepare for a baby to grow in there.
