False nails!

Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant today and going to a wedding this weekend. Would I be ok to have acrylic nail extensions put on?

I cant see why not. I think you might be wise to ask for a mask so you dont breath in any nasty chemicals - i think thats the concern.

Oh dear! Rosa, that doesn't sound good! Had you had your nails done before? I only do them for special occasions so I know what to expect, but never whilst being pg...

I first had acrylic nails when DS1 was born 7 1/2 years ago, I have continued with them (now just have an overlay on my nails) throughout all my pregnancies.
In fact with DD I had my nails done then went inot labour 3 hours later!
