Horrific third trimester

Currently 29 weeks and I feel like a sack of shit.

Had morning sickness until 17 weeks which, in comparison to the last few weeks, was a walk in the park. I generally coped really well, no time off work and kept up with my social life and caring responsibilities.

Low BP, dizziness, feeling nauseous but not actually being sick, light headed, weak and fatigued. Midwife not hugely helpful and said I probably have postural hypotension and it is normally totally manageable, but I feel absolutely wrecked by it.

Anyone else felt like this? I feel like maybe I'm being a bit pathetic, but I'm waking up every day feeling like I've been hit by a bus and I hate it.

Can you have a blood test and your urine analysis? It would give you peace of mind if nothing else.

I've had a urine analysis and it was clear, last bloods showed anaemia and I'm on iron and they're running a more detailed panel this week to check for other deficiencies.

I have low BP anyway and it did get worse in pregnancy. Hydration sachets where great to get my BP back up as well as making sure I was drinking plenty fluids.
