That means you’re ovulating. It’s what they call egg white cervical mucus. So you could get pregnant from last night if you didn’t use protection.

It doesn't matter if I've been using the restroom? I belive sperm survives for up to 3 days right

Sperm can live up to 5 days, it makes no difference if you use the bathroom or not, the sperm will stay inside. If you are ovulating around now and you are TTC then take a test in around 14 days.
