I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with my second baby and have only been back from maternity leave for 4 weeks. I'm back to work in the same organisation but to a different role (a promotion a couple of levels up - I didn't know I was pregnant again when I applied for it).
Anyway I am absolutely terrified to tell my new line manager. She seems lovely but I have so many milestone dates in place with this job and they are all throughout 2024 so far. I feel like I'm being really deceitful nodding along to all of these when I know fine well I'm due in January and won't be at work for any of 2024.
I'm going to tell her on Monday but absolutely petrified what people will think and how they will react.
Any advice or experience with two pregnancies close together and how you told work?
