I'm not a HCP but just wanted to say something I learnt recently...

If you are in for a reduced movements CTG they don't 'set' the parameters for TOCO readings. When I went in it was showing a reading of over 75 which would be an active labour contraction! Check with midwife/nurse if you're unsure.
