Had sausage rolls earlier and on the back said “CONTAINS SULFITES” will this have done any harm?

OP posts:

If you live in the UK, look on the NHS website for foods to avoid in pregnancy. Is sulphites on it?
If a different country, look on the appropriate website for that country.

I basically survived my first trimester on sausage rolls.

As PP says, stick to NHS guidance and don't Google every tiny thing or you'll drive yourself mad.

Not according to the NHS guidance. I'd be minimising ultra processed foods where you can though.
