Hello please be aware graphic image of spotting
I'm 4 weeks 4dhad this tonight and last night. None through the night or day. No pain.
How worried should I be

I had this at 6 weeks and then again at about 18 weeks. Always just a pink mucus and not spotting as such, no pain.

All has been well with my pregnant so far, fortunately.

Thank you. It mostly happens when I really need to poo abd I'm constipated so it's all pressure

You'll want to sort out the constipation as you don't want to be straining.

You could try psyllium husk. I think it's Fibogel that's also recommended on here.

Spotting is very common in early pregnancy. I had bright red bleeding at 9 weeks and it was all ok. It’s likely just caused by the extra blood flow and the straining

just to come back and say that I lost the pregnancy at 8 weeks after ongoing spotting. getting ready to try again
