In a panic-bad breast pain,advice please.

Hi,

Hope ye are all good. I need some advice. Desperately trying this month not to go symptom spotting and doing pretty well, however this I can not avoid..

Since around 5/6 dpo I have had breast pain that is becoming progressivley worse. I do not get breast pains with ovulation or pms, the rare time they might be sensitive to the touch,but this is different.

I have pain all around the breasts and especially underneath them. They are very swollen and the nipples erect all the time. They feel heavy, inflamed, hot, sizzly,red raw and like someone has tied a rope around them and keeps tightening it. Today the pain underneath the breast is the worst and comes in sharp twinges The pain is radiating to my arms and fingers at times (both arms) -feels like nerve endings,even my ears and gums feel sensitive (however that often happens with pms). I am also slightly sore in my upper back- all connected to the breasts..

Anyone else have this and get a bfp or is something seriously wrong with me? I am 35 would a pms sign like this, just arrive after this many years?

I cannot lay on tummy and wearing a bra is awful.

I am either 8/9 dpo today.

Please offer me some input. I have other little signs here and there, but they could easily be pms too.

Are you sure you’re not experiencing heart related chest pain? Tge tightening and arm pain are also a sign. Please please get checked out.

Thanks. No. It is literally all breast pain. Have blue veins bulging out of them and my nipples standing up all the time. The nerve pain is gone today and I think that was there because I slept funny as a result of the pain. Thanks for the concern.
