Sickness back at 18 weeks?

Hello everyone, just wondered if it was 'normal' for sickness to come back at 18 weeks? I've heard of it coming back in the third trimester and I've heard of it not letting up the whole way through pregnancy but I wasn't sure if it was normal to come back at 18 weeks after stopping at 11 weeks? At first I thought I had a bug but then it stopped for a day and started again? Any advice welcome 🙏🏻

Didn't want to read and run but maybe this will bump for you. I have no personal experience of this happening but my close friend's morning sickness returned in her 2nd trimester after a few weeks of nothing. I believe she is back on anti-sickness medication so I guess it can happen at any point. Hope you feel better again soon OP.

Thank you for replying @Lottie917 that's good to know. I went on Dr google 🙈 and read that it can mean a problem with the placenta so it made me panic!

@Emilypp Ah I didn't know that. I'm trying to step away from Dr Google in this pregnancy (I say after spending the morning searching for reasons why my morning sickness and nausea is suddenly non existent today at 10 weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Maybe bring it up with your midwife just so she's aware and if she thinks it's cause for further investigation then you're in the right hands, but I think it can be quite normal for morning sickness to come and go at all stages in some pregnancies x
