Implantation bleeding or miscarriage?

I found out I was pregnant two weeks ago and working out the dates from my last period I should be around 6 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I started having cramping and went to the toilet to find a tiny bit of bloody discharge and as the day went on the cramping got worse and I started bleeding with tiny blood clots. I’ve had cramping since which has been ranging between really bad period cramps to just normal period cramps but the bleeding has slowed down. I experienced a little bit of blood with my first and mild cramping but I was wondering if anyone has experienced it like this? I have an appointment at the hospital tomorrow but I just wanted to know if anyone has had this and everything be fine?

Hi love, was this red blood or brown discharge?
i understand why you are worried. 🥺 how did the cramps feel? We’re they accompanied with lower back pain?

I had bleeding in this pregnancy at around 9 weeks which was bright red. I didn’t have any cramping though. I’m now 27 weeks. Hoping everything goes ok for you tomorrow

I had bleeding at 5 weeks but it was a little bit and cramping was mild. Ended in a healthy baby, but I miscarried our first pregnancy at about 8 weeks and it was with blood, pieces coming out and proper cramping. Good luck with the scan. X
