Lost mucus plug and bloody show and nothing sense

Hey I’m currently 38 weeks 5 days on Wednesday I lost my mucus plug and on Sunday morning I started to have a ‘show’ it lasted about 2 days. today I havnt really any pains just a few mild cramps am I in slow labour? Has anyone else experienced this before and can give me some advice

Unfortunately it could still be days or even weeks before labour starts. It’s a good sign, it means your body is getting ready but doesn’t mean it is imminent.

Unfortunately it can sometimes take a while after you've lost plug to get to established labour. Keep moving! Lots of walking! Lots of resting too! Get prepared, have a nice shower and hair wash etc and hope that it all starts in the next few days! Best of luck x
