Six weeks pregnant and symptoms have gone

I am six weeks pregnant and a couple of days ago I lost all my symptoms (bloated, gassy, sore boobs). I've have some mild cramping on and off for a couple of days. My pregnancy tests still look positive and the line hasn't weakened. Am I miscarrying?

Mine changes around that time. Boob pain has only just come back after 10 weeks in the evening.

Went from constipation to diarrhoea .
Dont forget your hormones are changing massively over these last few weeks so symptoms do come, go, change etc . X

Nope. If you scroll through the many pages in the Pregnancy section you'll see loads of threads just like yours. It's all good!

I agree it can be non-serious and not necessarily a MC, but saying “it’s all good” could be very misleading.
I had the same loss of symptoms and it was a MMC.

I'm sorry for your loss. Symptoms dropping off at six weeks is very common. MMC are not. In my (entirely anecdotal) experience, it's more usual for the body to keep pumping out the hormones during a MMC, hence why I would be reassured by loss of symptoms at this point.

Hi @laursey100 symptoms come and go hun. One minute i feel pregnant and knackered then the next i'm doing chores all day. I would say don't worry. Keep monitoring how you feel. If you continue to have concerns contact your doctor xx

Thank you. Agree MMC not so common but OP also mentions cramping so wouldn’t necessarily be MMC, also HCG can take weeks to drop to 0 so can test positive for a while. People told me it was all fine and stop worrying so just cautious of the “all fine” comments!
Really hoping that it is normal fluctuations in hormones for OP. Can you book an early/viability scan to see!? or you could tell EPAU about loss of symptoms and cramps (maybe don’t say mild Incas they fob you off) and they can give you a definitive answer unlike us on the internet? It’s so unpleasant going around and around in your own head about these things I really sympathise.
