Preeclampsia

Sorry this thread has probably been done before. Had my 31 week midwife appointment today I'm actually 30+5 so it was a couple of days early).

They found protein in my wee plus lots of other stuff they listed off (I can't remember the names) which shouldn't be there. They've sent it off to the lab. They also said my BP was higher than normal.

I haven't had any other signs of preeclampsia and we're hoping it's just a UTI but they are concerned. Really drilled into me what to do if I was unwell etc..

Just wondering if anyone else had it this early on? I can find threads about people who had it 37 weeks plus but not this early. Hopefully it's not the case!

Baby is also measuring bigger so I have a growth scan tomorrow morning. I'm presuming they'll check the placenta etc then!

I had it at 28 weeks. Was kept in hospital on meds until nearly 36 weeks when she was induced. I was scanned regularly.
Apart from severe pain in liver when I first went in, I had no idea that I was ill and felt a bit of a fraud 😂. I was, however, very ill, so keep an eye on any symptoms at all.
