Contacting GP

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone was from Northern Ireland and how they contacted their GP to let them know they're pregnant?

Did you make a phone call or book an appointment?

I don't want to have to tell the receptionist the reason

Hi,

im in the uk so might be different but when I booked my appointment to speak to the GP they asked me for the reason and I just said it's private and they were ok with it.

I've never discussed with the receptionist the reasons for appointments tbf I always say private and they never question.
