Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yeah, I did my exercised regularly, then when ds was about 18 mths I accompanied a friend to a boxercise class. I was because despite the fact that sneezing and coughing were ok, vigorous bouncing was more than my pelvic floor could take.

Me too! Thought I could give up buying sanitary towels for a good while but apparently not

The bounty packs should contain a new pelvic floor for every mum - alot more use than the tiny sachets of stuff they give you!

thanks BlueB - will avoid boxercise classes then!
