Miscarriage - physical symptoms

I started to miscarry at 8 weeks, 3 days on Wednesday. I'd have a scare already a few weeks before and continued to have spotting.
It started light in the morning but increased, although it has not been that heavy throughout and is on and off. I only knew it was a miscarriage for sure when I suddenly passed the foetus Wednesday evening. Since then, the bleeding has been about the same level, and I wouldn't describe it as heavy but moderate.
Tried to go for a walk on Friday and started feeling very faint and weak. Still felt like that yesterday. Was trying just to be normal and do normal things. However, I even felt extremely weak and faint sat down at the cinema, and my fiance had to help me back to the car. I feel no better today.
Has anyone had these symptoms despite not having a huge amount of blood loss? Feeling completely abandoned by the nhs tbh. My partner phoned the EPU on Thursday, and they just cancelled my appointments. They told us to see the GP if there is a problem, and that's it (obviously, it's the weekend right now). No one has explained what to expect, so I'm just looking for answers. If it's normal to feel this way, that's fine. I just had no idea what to expect.
It's not ectopic. My blood pressure is normal, and I don't have a fever.

It's all normal lovely when I had a misscariage I didn't bleed heavy or even have pain until I passed the baby.. then I started getting dizzy spells and feeling unwell might just be the change in hormones. Sorry for your loss x

I'm so sorry you're going through this OP.

It sounds similar to my two experiences. I had to take a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen because just paracetamol wasn't enough for the pain for about a week afterwards. I would feel sick every time I ate something and I would have painful contractions on and off in the days afterwards which would make me feel dizzy and like I just wanted to lay down and sleep. I remember getting in from work for about a week and going straight to bed with a hot water bottle and topped up on pain relief (in hindsight I probably should have taken time off).

Keep an eye on the bleeding, it should ease up and stop anytime in the next week or two. If you start passing really large clots or bleeding really heavily (filling a pad within an hour consistently) or you start to get a temperature, etc call 999 if you feel really bad, or 111 for advice.

In 3 weeks, from when it happened, take a pregnancy test and this should come back as negative by then. If the test is positive still, contact your GP or 111 as this may mean you haven't passed everything x

Thanks for the advice. The bleeding reduced a lot yesterday, although still got pain and am feeling weak, but I am hoping that will improve soon.

The pain has increased today, yet barely any bleeding for 2 days. It's hard to stand up straight. The pain isn't like period cramping like it was Wednesday. Anyone had this?
