stitch like pain

Hi
Wondered if anyone could shed any light on a stitch like pain I have down the right hand side of my bump. It gets much worse when I walk anywhere. When I get up from sitting and when I bend/squat down.

It was so bad on Friday I went to the hospital but they just put it down to baby's position - even though they couldn't really work out his postition. They think he's transverse and bent over double but they couldn't tell me where his head was!

I'm slightly worried because I had an SCH but that seemed to have resolved by my 20 week scan.

Any suggestions - I'm 32 week by the way and this is my second - thanks Jo x

I had the same pain!

Assumed baby was pushing a nerve - went down my leg sometimes. Went after she was born.

Sorry can't be any more help!!

Good luck

Probably not quite the same, but thought I'd share. Had a horrible shooting pain down my right hip and right leg, at the back, turned out to be a trapped femeral nerve? or so the midwife and quack said.....had to get on all fours and waggle leg around above bum height to untrap it, 1st time at work, in office on phone to midwife! took 1.5hrs to untrap, everyone howling at me, whilst I had tears of pain/laughter streaming down my face Grin
By the way I heard 15 mins on all fours a day can get baby right way round to pop? maybe worth a go?
