Early pregnancy pain

My daughter is 7 weeks pregnant, she’s finding when she bends over and then stands up too many times she get a sharp pain on her right side, this has only happened since being pregnant, has anyone else had this? Dr checked her over and just said could be cyst, but wasn’t really sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Im currently 19 weeks pregnant and i had sharp pains at 7 or 8 weeks aswel I called midwife and was advised it's normal round ligament pains due to uturus growing. Tell her not to worry to much unless there is bleeding or servere pain xx

Has she had an early scan to confirm or just a positive test?
pain on one side could be a sign of ectopic pregnancy, I’d advise she contacts her midwife or maternity team to get this checked out just to be on the safe side.

I had pains on one side around 6/7 weeks with my first. I rang the early pregnancy unit for advice and they did some checks to rule out things like ectopic. I had 2 blood tests to check HCG levels were riding and 2 scans. All was fine and was said to be stretching pains. I wasn't doubled over in pain but am a worrier so wanted some reassurance. The EPU is there if she wants it.
