Sorry for the gross details here but has anyone experienced brown discharge after suffering from constipation? It didn't become noticeable until later on in the day once I'd finished work where I'd been quite mobile, it's practically gone now but that's the only thing I can chalk it up to. Just hoping it's almost normal, there was no cramping after or anything just the brown gunk.
