Pregnancy back ache and pregnancy pillow help!

Hi all,

Has anyone order a bupsy pregnancy pillow? Is it any good?

I am currently using a 9 foot pregnancy pillow from your little one but I'm waking up everyday with bad backache! I can't afford to splash out on a bb hug me but want something that works!

I am usually a back sleeper so finding side sleeping challenging!

Any help gratefully received!

I am also in the same boat as you! Usually a back sleeper so my hips and back are not used to the pressure. I suffered from back pain on and off pre pregnancy but iv had it for about the last 3 weeks (I’m currently 16+2) so I’m scared to death of what it will be like at 30+ weeks!!
Also fully pulled my back last night bending over to wash my face 😑. So in agony right now!!

@Emmayates448 for hip pain I bought the baby moov pregnancy belt, I found it really helped take the pressure off my hips and I slept so much better! I found it kept me on my side as well so I didn’t need to use a pregnancy pillow as well! Xx
