Pregnancy nose bleeds?

Has anyone had this before? I've literally just been woken up by blood pouring from my nose!

I am only 4 weeks and I didn't have this with my first pregnancy at all!

(Also very annoyed I was woken up from a lovely sleep 🤣)

I did. It was explained as caused by the quick increase in blood volume in early pregnancy .

No, it’s not just you. I got a few at work, and I never get nose bleeds normally. So embarrassing as one came on during a staff meeting. I recall they stopped by 12 weeks or so.

I had about two nosebleeds a day during the week of my positive test, it was insane. I was struggling with hay-fever at the same time which just made it so much worse, thankfully it eased off and I just had a couple after that.
