Can uterus stretching be constant?

I think I may have uterus stretching/ligament pain (10 weeks plus 3 days) but I have had this constant dull ache since 2am this morning (approx 18 hours).. it subsides with paracetamol for an hour or two.
does this seem normal?

I had a lot of stretching pain towards the end of the first trimester. Yeah, I think it’s perfectly normal.

I bought one of those pregnancy belly support bands quite early on, and it’s a game changer when out walking.

Yes. The dagger up the vagina pain is the worst.
