Out of interest is it picture 1, 2 or 3 that makes you all think girl? Or a combination of all the pictures? Just trying to see what you see!

@Happymummythree 2nd pic has the nub showing. Look for the little white line, it’s straight which indicates girl. By 12+4 you’d expect to see it risen if it was a boy
