Signs of pregnancy in first days of conception

Has anyone had a bleed the day after ovulation? I had a few hrs of bleeding after my partner and I dtd, not very heavy but a bit more than what I'd call light. Ever since I've been feeling a dull, heavy cramp in my lower belly, really bloated and just tired. Not sure if I'm just thinking too hard about it and am indeed run down, I've got two other children and never remembered bleeding or feeling like this only a few days after ovulation.

It’s likely from ovulation or irritation caused by sex. Pregnancy symptoms are caused by the hormones that are released once implantation has occurred. This takes anywhere from a minimum of 6 up to 12 days after ovulation. Then another few days for it to rise enough to be picked up by a test. It can be so tempting to symptom spot when TTC but it’s impossible to have any signs in the days following ovulation and you’ll drive yourself mad overthinking every little niggle.

Very much not TTC which is why I'm probably far more anxious about the what if rather than being excited

@JaniAnne i wouldn’t stress about it then. You’re too early to show symptoms. It’s likely you caused some irritation or small injury/bruising during sex which has caused the bleeding and crampy feeling
