Just asking for advice. I am approx 4-5 weeks pregnant. Had 2 days of brown spotting and some pain to left side. I went to epu and there was no gestational sac probably due to being too early. I'm guessing all this is normal, as it has now stopped. But I desperately anxious that Im miscarrying again.
