Does this look like potential twins? 5weeks5 ultrasound

Does this look like 2 yolk sacs - 2 babies?(circled sac)

The other gestacional sac they believe is linked to the one which is circled but retesting to see if that is 100% the case. One doctor said twins the other said no they are connected or potential vanishing.

Crazy times - need to wait it out till next test.

Need thoughts?
