Hi all. I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing painful back pain which tends to come and go as the weeks pass. Does anyone have any tips? I’m trying to keep moving as I find if I sit still for an hour my legs feel like they’ll seize up 😆
I think I might be doing too much bending etc but not sure how I get around that unless I’m bed bound for the next 3 months? Feeling a bit fed up
