So anxious after tripping

I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I managed to trip up the stairs and although I didn't land on my tummy, I am feeling very anxious in case the jolt of falling has done anything. I don't have any pain, just feel a very slight twinge on inside groin like a slight muscle pull. I was told by midwife line I called that is too early to check and should be okay at this stage but to go to a&e if I get any bad pain or start bleeding. Is there anything I should be doing other than resting up? Just worried I've messed up by being clumsy

You’re so early in pregnancy I wouldn’t worry at all; the foetus is tiny and very well cushioned. Lots of women get twinges and cramps anyway in early pregnancy. Relax 🙂

Thank you for replying. I'm hoping was just my anxiety getting on top of me, these early weeks feel like such a roller coaster of emotions. Called in sick at work and had a couple of hours back in bed before treating myself to lunch at local cafe for a bit of tlc for myself. No pain or spotting so fingers crossed that's a good sign too.

Hi @Khanga27 with my first pregnancy i fell on the floor on my knees, the jolt was bad but baby was ok. I have also had a trolly hit my tummy, the wheels just got stuck and the handle went straight into my tummy.
Honestly don't worry hun, the baby is protected by layers and layers.
Congratulations on your pregnancy, yay! Xx

I wouldn't worry about it, baby is absolutely tiny and well protected at this stage. I went on a tractor pod ride thing with DD1 when I was 6 weeks pregnant with DD2, it was wild! We were flung all over the shop. Probably shouldn't have in retrospect but no harm done!
