OK - can we talk about this? Anyone else?

It is awful: I feel smelly and unclean and I am also becoming quite sore. I’m worried it isn’t going to stop beyond pregnancy as well Sad

Get some period pants or incontinence liners?

Sunshinevibes91 · 16/07/2023 21:22

It's all normal . I even pee myself when I'm bloody sick!! Put a pad on or panty liner. 😊

Myownone · 16/07/2023 21:24

Yeah I’m not just talking about urine but thanks.

No OP it's not normal and I'm sorry this is happening to you. Speak to your GP for an urgent referral to pelvic physio, or if you can afford it just go straight to a private one.

The fact that its both is not normal! Definitely get in touch with GP

Urine incontinence during pregnancy can be normal as baby is putting pressure on your bladder, however if it is not just urine that’s not normal and I would go and see your GP about it. There’s likely to be waiting list so go get your name down asap.

I agree with the above - you need specialist advice and treatment asap. Have you spoken to anyone?
