Brown blood/discharge intermittent cramps

Hi I’m new to this so please bare with me. I found out I was pregnant on 4th July. My LMP was 5th June which would currently make me 5w+6d. Since around 3 days before I had my first positive test I have had brown blood/discharge EVERYTIME I wipe, sometimes it’s stringy and sometimes it’s in jelly clumps (sorry tmi) and n one occasion last week I had a bright red bleed after opening my bowels but that has only happened the once but the brown discharge has continued. I have had my Hcg levels checked every couple of days and they are currently 1563. I had a scan last week but they said they couldn’t see anything only a thickened endometrium. I am concerned if this could be molar or ectopic. Has anyone else been through the same symptoms?

I don't wish to worry you - it could be totally normal - but brown discharge was the only indication I had of a missed miscarriage. The baby had sadly stopped developing/died around 6 weeks and it wasn't picked up on until week 13 at the dating scan. Passed the pregnancy naturally at 14 weeks.

Just to add - in the hospital where I had natural management to pass the pregnancy, I still had a positive pregnancy test at 14 weeks. My body was still producing Hcg.

I am currently 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant I had brown discharge at 6 weeks went in for a scan and everything was fine. The discharge then continued for the week then disappeared and came back for one day the following and then the same again the following week after that. I booked another private scan as I was massively worried about misscarrige and everthing was fine baby had grew and was measuring where they should be.

before this pregnancy I had an ectopic and was a complete different experience I started spotting every day from 4 weeks 5 days that then got heavier and then at 5 weeks 5 days had horrendous uncomfortable pain on the right side and at 6 weeks was confirmed Ectopic

I no everyone is different but just from my experience my brown discharge has been fine, when I first saw it I feared the worst to but hope that everything is fine for u ❤️

Oh I’m so sorry you had to go through that ❤️ You sound pretty similar to me, my Hcg is still rising but this brown discharge/blood is constant. I will keep you posted xx
