Brown patches of skin

I’m nearly 16 weeks. Yesterday I noticed a few brown patches of skin on my back. They definitely weren’t there before. There’s about 3 or 4 of them. Could this be Melasma? It’s only on my back. Nowhere else. I assumed Melasma would be on the face.

Hi! Did anything come of this? I’m similar with one brown patch! 12 weeks x

Mine are still there, but I haven't had any more come up. I keep forgetting to ask the GP, but I'm not really worried about them.
