Costochondritis or Sternum / Breastbone Pain

I've developed inflammation around the bottom of my sternum (caused by pressure from uterus) and so far this is the worst pregnancy symptoms I've had. It feel like my bone is about to cut through my skin and pop out like a little alien.

Medically there is nothing to worry about, but the pain keeps me up at night

Did anyone have a similar issue?

Yeah it's awful, pregnancy yoga and leaning over my birth ball were the only things that relieved the pain.

Some acupuncture and osteopathy helped manage it over the pregnancy too.

Happy to inform you ot disappeared overnight once I have birth.

that's what im hoping for - ive had a cracked rib before and it hurt less than this :/
