There're very few foods you should actually avoid. Some foods can be made safe to eat by cooking e.g. blue/rinded cheeses, cured meats, etc

NHS has a list. Just follow that.

Basically its anything that could give you food poisoning.

avoid foods high in Vitamin A e.g. liver, liver pate

Avoid Foods high in Mercury e.g. shark, swordfish and Marlin

Other foods are made safe by cooking
