Rejected mat b1 form

I have sent several mat b1 forms for the maternity allowance and they all have been refused. I'm at loss at this point. My baby is 6 months and whole application was dragging since early Feb. Once they said that doctors signature wasn't readable and they couldn't confirm name. I made gp to correct that. Now they said that clinics stamp is wrong and they want specifically doctors stamp with name. Gp said doctor doesn't have his own stamp and they use one generic stamp for whole clinic which has address, phone number etcs. I don't know what else to do, I feel like it's been very unfair. I have provided 5 mat b 1 forma at this point and babys birth certificate. I'm at loss for the interest that I'm paying every month for the money I excpected to cover. No midwife's wanna sign it either at this point as they all are busy and don't wannna deal with admin stuffs. He was born at 32 weeks so hence why delay in applying 2 weeks after he was born..

Who are you sending it to? Your workplace?

I’d resend the form with a letter of complaint stating everything you have done, the replies you have had, etc

This. And a note of how much interest it is costing you.

Personally cannot see anything wrong with your form. When I did my matb1 it just had the medical centres stamp and not the individual doctor signing it. Thought that was common practice .

Id also complain they are being very picky

Daughter sort of had this problem. She sent off the form and they replied she wasn't entitled as she works? She hasn't worked for 4 years for health reasons. She tried appealing same answer.
She's since had a p45 for a job she's never worked , no place of employment on the form. She's been in touch with dwp who know nothing about it.
She's then had a letter saying she's not getting full housing benefit as she works?
Many phone calls later and no one can explain

Thank you, my husband told me to do so but I thought it's silly and they would just ignore. I'll do that
