Random spots - pregnancy or unrelated?!

Hi there. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant, and had my midwife appointment today with blood drawn. This evening I've had some odd spots appear on my right hand. I'm unsure of its to do with pregnancy hormones, the struggle to get blood from that arm (reckon both arms will be quite bruised tomorrow) or something else entirely unrelated to pregnancy? It's a weekend otherwise I'd call the GP but I'm hopeful it's not something to pester 111 with over the weekend?

Have tried to show in different lights, just to see of anyone else has experienced anything similar or if its just unrelated completely.

They look like bites or some sort of allergic reaction. Wouldn’t say pregnancy related

Thanks for reply. I wondered if allergic reaction of some sort, but other than hayfever I've not really aware of allergies (do get eczema at times). My midwife told me no to antihistamines for eczema as they only really permit for severe allergies where benefits outweigh the risks.

I was feeling a bit anxious in case it was a bodily adverse reaction to the pregnancy or something?!
