Disbelief… new pregnancy after miscarriage? Please help

Hi ladies,
I had a miscarriage on 5th June 2023 (last month). After this I had many ‘not pregnant’ digi tests.
on Monday I randomly did a test (as no period yet) and had a BFP on a clearblue. I’ve done multiple strip tests and also a digital which is ‘2-3 pregnant’
there is no way this could be caused from the miscarriage, is this definitely a new pregnancy?

Also: I’ve been taking conception vitamins and maca root and DTD every day so really hoping this is a new pregnancy

It's possible alright, I've heard that after a miscarriage you're quite likely to conceive! From the progression of the lines it certainly looks like a new pregnancy to me :)

I had an early MC in Feb and got pregnant again straight away in March no period in between, almost 21 weeks now.

I had a chemical in January, got pregnant again in February and now 22 weeks. Very much possible and your lines are progressing. When I had a MC the lines continued to get fainter. Congratulations :) xx
