Pregnancy after miscarriage worries/SCH

Hi guys!

we were supposed to pursue IVF a year ago when I got pregnant naturally and miscarried at 9 weeks. It was traumatising.

Now I'm pregnant again (6+4), I take baby aspiring, progesterone shots (I think it's called Lubion in the UK) and 2 progesterone pessaries/day.

I've been for a scan two days ago and we head a heartbeat, but also seen a small hematoma (SCH). Dr said not to worry, carry on with progesterone pessaries & daily shot.

Today I have had a tiny drop of brown spotting in the morning, nothing since then!

I am losing my mind with worry. I have no other symptoms except fatigue, sore breasts and sometimes in the evening a mild nausea wave.

Please, if you ever been through this, reassure me.

I had a SCH I'm my pregnancy with my son. I had a little spotting, but also some reabsorbed. They said not to worry about spotting, but also to have pelvic rest for the rest of the first trimester. So that was no sex, no lifting weights or heavy workouts, I remember having private scans and the hematoma was still there a couple of weeks after it had first been seen, despite me spotting. I was worried as also had had a miscarriage previously, but it was all okay

Thanks so much for your reply! Do you remember what colour the spotting was?

I'm resting as much as poss - no sex, not lifting anything, no baths (only shower)...

It was pinky red discharge. I think it stopped at about eight weeks

But brown would presumably mean it's just taking its time to leave if it's a small amount of bleeding
