Scan no yolk just fluid

I went for a scan today an have pcos so don’t no when I ovulated but at scan said I’m about 4weeks 5 days an said my pregnancy plu at this time does this mean I’m going to miscarry or just early ?

yeah you are too early yet, schedule to go back at 7 weeks.
