Give the midwife a call?

Im currently 18 weeks pregnant. At 15 weeks I was in hospital with HG (severe sickness/vomiting).
It had settled over the past few weeks, but today I’ve been having sickness again.
The other problem is a constant feeling of being unsteady or dizzy, which gets worse when I stand up and a dull headache.

Im trying to eat/drink as best I can - and finding the sickness comes in bouts where everything comes up.

My husband thinks I should give the midwife a call, but I’m a little hesitant because I’m unsure what they could do?

Has anyone else had this experience or have any advice?

Hi you can give your midwife a call she might be able to prescribe anti sickness but they should request a urine sample to dip to check for dehydration in which case you may need fluids

Yeah give the midwife a call. She’ll have seen hundreds of women in the same boat, so if there’s any best person to give advice, it’ll be her 🙂
