So I've been feeling unwell since yesterday. Had stomach cramps through the night, back pain, headaches on and off and was sick once. Also got a pain under my ribs.
Anyone had anything similar and know what it could be.
Don't know if I need to get check or see how it goes.
Still haven't really felt baby move at that stage either

If in doubt, get it checked.

Ring your midwife and they will advise whether or not you need to be seen

Yes if you haven’t felt baby definitely go to get checked

Give your midwife a call and see what they say or now you’re 20 weeks call your triage/ fetal health at the hospital for advice.

it’s normal at 20 weeks to not have felt baby much or at all yet though especially if your first or an anterior placenta.
