Ectopic - Expectant Management

Hello, after a few weeks of back and forth, an empty pregnancy sac in my uterus but rising HCG, ectopic was confirmed in my right tube.
I was admitted and due to being symptomatic Methotrexate was ruled out for me and the advice was to go for surgical management. Anyway, a few hours later due to my HCG halving from 300 to 150 it was agreed to wait and see.
After being discharged I started bleeding for approx 3 days and it suddenly stopped.
Then over the weekend I started to get sharp pains in my tube area and a burning pain in my groin, painkillers weren’t touching it so went back to the hospital again to be checked out. En route my BP was clearly dropping as kept nearly fainting (also had diarrhoea that morning), convinced my tube was rupturing they put a cannula in, nil by mouth too just in case I needed surgery.
They repeated the HCG and it’s dropped to 8 which is good news so again, wait and watch this end naturally.
Anyway, fast forward two days to today and Im still taking paracetamol and dihydrocodeine due to pain in my groin, sometimes stabbing, sometimes just an ache/burn.

Is rupture still a possibility with low HCG levels like that? My last scan showed a 2cm pool of blood which they said could explain the pain.
I have another HCG test Friday to confirm my levels have dropped to zero, but wondering whether to call tomorrow to see if they can scan me to check what this pain is?
or is this pain to be expected?
I have noted, the more I move the worse it is…

Thanks for reading and appreciate any advice 😊

Hey, I’ve also had a confirmed Ectopic this week after my Hcg initially dropping but now rising again.
Im currently EM too hoping for natural miscarry. Wondering how you got on? I hope you’re ok 💜
