Uneven breast pain and swelling

I’m 19 weeks today with my second, and my right breast has always been the bigger of the two but not very obviously so.

The last week my right breast is obviously bigger than the other, they’re both sore but the right worse, I’m leaning tiny bits of colostrum from the right only, and the areola has only thickened on the right!

Is this level of asymmetry normal?

It’s likely normal but I would still get it checked out just for peace of mind
