Pregnancy loss

I thought I had my period on 27th june. I was supposed to have fertility surgery on 7th July and pregnancy test was positive. Not sure when I conceived. I had sonebrown discharge so got booked in for a scan. Scan couldn't see gestational sac and my endometrium was thin. Had another pregnancy rest which was positive. Just got home and I the discharge has turned from brown to pink. I think this means the pregnancy is lost.

I'm so devastated. I didn't get too excited with the tes because I thought this would happen. I have never had a positive test before.

What do I do now? If we try again when do we try?

Bleeding doesn’t necessarily mean you have lost the pregnancy. I had bleeding at 9 weeks which was bright red. I’m now 25 weeks pregnant. My friend had heavy bleeding for 10 days at 6 weeks and she’s due in a few weeks.
if you’re still getting positive tests I’d take that as a good sign and you may just be too early for anything to be seen on a scan.

The sonographer said she couldn't see a sac and that my endometrium is too thin for pregnancy. I am waiting for blood test but I don't think there is hope this time. I'm really sad about this

I'm glad that they did blood tests on you. I'd be concerned it might be an ectopic if the endometrium is too thin to be in the uterus. It sounds like a pregnancy of unknown location. When do you get the results back OP? IF you feel faint, shoulder tip pain, abdo pain- please go to A&E as a matter of urgency. Wishing you all the best though x

Thank you. I have has bloating and mild pain in my abdomen. I did have bleeding a few weeks ago wih I thought was my period so maybe that's why the lining is thin?

They took bloods today and then I have to have another blood test on Wednesday.

The pregnancy test they took was a lot fainter than before so maybe it just means it's a chemical. I think I have an ovarian cyst too so could be symptoms from that.

The nurses were nice but the sonagrapher was horrible to me. She took 2 minutes looking at my uterus and ovaries. She barely even spoke to me.

The surgeons are hoping it resolves on its own so they are monitoring me in hospital. Hopefully I won't have to to to theatre 🤞

I'm just going for my second HCG blood check. I'm currently pregnancy of unknown location after bleeding at what I thought was 7 weeks. Based on the very low level of HCG, I think mine is just a standard miscarriage. Fingers crossed you don't need theatre xx

Thank you for your help. I thought I was being a hypochondriac but when you responded it made me think I needed to trust my instinct with how I bad I was feeling and make sure I was assessed properly.
