I’m 19 weeks yesterday I noticed a small amount of clear fluid leaking from my right nipple! This didn’t happen until much later with my first.
The left one isn’t leaking at all but if squeezed it produces the same fluid.
Thing is, the right breast (that spontaneously leaked) is bigger, denser, and has always been lumpier. The areola itself now looks bigger than the other and is more raised.
I’ve read this can be normal, but I’ve also read that spontaneous discharge can be worrisome, especially if only from one side!!
Has anyone experienced this at this stage in pregnancy?
