Hi everyone

So, I stopped talking the folic acid after 12 weeks as I just felt really sick with it. Tried it again at 14 weeks and it still did the same thing.

My sister told me to give these a go ( I'm now 21 weeks )

Did anyone take these and how'd you get on?

What brand were you using? I found pregnacare caused me to feel a bit sick especially if I hadn’t eaten much. This time I’ve been taking proceive and they’re much better. No sickness and supposed to be absorbed better

Thank you! I'll take your advice
I've taken my first one of this eve to try them and see how I go. The nausea usually hits quite quickly so will know the outcome soon enough I'm sure lol x

Folic acid is only really needed for the 1st trimester. Vitamin D is recommended throughout
