Pull out method

Hi ladies! So personal stories please and no judgment 🙌🏻

we have three children 13,9 and 2. Inbetween these a stillbirth at 38 weeks so although we both want another baby the thought of “trying” just brings back memories. So we’ve been just having fun with the pull out method to take the stress off and just see what happens I guess!

so 24 day cycle, my blue days started today. Main one being Wednesday. Earlier we had sex and he pulled out, then an hour later we had sex again. Are the chances higher of falling pregnant? I thought because there still may be sperm in his tubes from round 1?!

It isn’t a method of contraception. If you are having unprotected sex you are trying for a baby. Either you want to do that or you need contraception.

so sorry for your loss.

Sorry I'm slightly confused and can't work out if you want high chances or not. It's really hard to tell what your chances would be with pulling out to be honest . People do get pregnant this way (I have previously) but not always .
also I don't think you get the strongest sperm through this method , personally mine ended in MMC and although no evidence, in my head I always wonder would this have happened through normal method with better sperm as it was a blighted ovum.
anyway rambling now... 🤗

According to Google, if you're doing pull out method properly, you're chance of getting pregnant are 4%

In reality I think the only way you can increase your chances to be more realistic is to try and get carried away and end up not pulling out?
