Any skull theory experts?

Can’t see nub in my most recent scan. Any clues from the skull? I was suggested by one of those nub expert websites that I’m having a boy before, but this picture is from today.

Skulls are the same in both sexes until puberty. Skull theory has been disproven. I’d say boy though
