I'm 37 weeks and have been having Braxton Hicks since the second trimester, but last night they were so strong and I had so many, I went to sleep during them and then woke up at 5 still having them, I still have them now. Is this a sign that labour is near? This is my third pregnancy but I didnt get bh with my first two, I really thought I was going to go into labour last night but the contractions don't feel painful just really strong if that makes sense? Has anyone ever had this and the contractions turn to real contractions?
