Hypnobirthing

I'm 31 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I had a C-section after failed induction with my first. I plan on trying for VBAC and I'm interested in the hypnobirthing techniques. Does anyone have any good recommendations for online courses or advice for hypnobirthing please? I genuinely don't know where to start. Thank you x

Absolutely 100% recommend the bump to baby chapter. I had a really rough first birth but my second was an absolute dream and I fully attribute it to that course. It’s videos so you can do it whenever suits and as often as you like. There’s also a private Facebook group which is so supportive.

I used the Maggie Howell cds (you can get them on Amazon). They are amazing - birth number one (No hypnobirthing) was horrendous) , the others after I’d used the cds were totally different experiences. I would 100% recommend!
